MAG Audio Bump-WASP-L is a lightweight frame with a laser inclinometer
MAG Audio, a leading Ukrainian developer and manufacturer of professional acoustic systems, is excited to share the latest updates to its flagship WASP line array series. Systems which is thoughtfully designed to meet the evolving demands of the pro audio equipment market.
Introducing the Bump-WASP-L – a flyable steel frame for the WASP-8 line array that offers a lightweight alternative to the renowned WSF-02 model, which in turn is being upgraded to the Bump-WASP-H.
The Bump-WASP-L weighs less than 10 kg and is engineered to simplify the installation of the MAG WASP line array. It enables one single individual to quickly and effortlessly suspend up to 12 x WASP-8 modules or create a ground stack of up to 6 x modules. The frame is also compatible with the WASP-S15 and S18 subwoofers.
Special attention is drawn to the frame's removable comb, which can be used in two positions. It provides additional flexibility for array suspension, especially when a significant positive tilt angle is required. Bump-WASP-Ext15 is an accessory required for mounting the array on a subwoofer in a "ground stack" format.
To ensure impeccable precision in array angle settings, MAG Audio has incorporated a slot for the MN Mounting PLI-01 inclinometer, equipped with a green laser and an XLR connector for power and data transmission to an external indicator device.
Concluding this exciting new release, it's worth noting that MAG Audio has also stepped up the logistics and storage solutions by designing a wheeled case – Bump-WASP-L-FC. This case facilitates the convenient transportation of a set of two frames with all necessary accessories. It is specifically crafted to minimize space during transit and provides robust protection for the equipment.
MAG Audio continues to be committed to innovation and perpetually enhances its products. Stay tuned for more exciting updates.
