MAG Audio installation in Rebra BBQ, Bukovel resort
Gastronomic map of Bukovel resort (Ukraine) has recently obtained a new venue — a restaurant Rebra BBQ (Ukrainian for “Ribs”), made in the best traditions of American barbeque culture. Bukovel is considered to be the best resort in Ukraine and is also well-known among European tourists. So it sets certain quality demands to all the venues, situated in Bukovel: their cuisine, serving, interior — all the elements are to meet the highest quality standards. So sound support of Rebra BBQ has been entrusted to MAG Audio system’s care.
The territory of the restaurant has been divided into several areas: the one inside the venue is covered by 8 x MAG Z 100, 10’’+1’’ systems, which are most suitable for small installations. This speaker model can be used as mobile thanks to its compact size and light weight.
The low-end support in the restaurant is provided by 2 x MAG N S15 subwoofers, suspended under the ceiling. This acoustic system is based on 15’’ neodymium driver with maximum sound pressure level of 134 dB.
Since the outdoor area also required sound reinforcement, it has been provided by 2 x MAG MD 402 speakers — 500W nominal power systems, based on 12’’ LF drivers and 1,5’’ HF drivers. The configuration, selected for Rebra BBQ, allows for DJ performances, providing easy connection and operation. So all the guest can enjoy not only culinary delights and incredible mountain views, but the music that in Rebra BBQ sounds as designed.
