Sales Director

MAG Audio is a Ukrainian manufacturer of professional audio equipment with a full production cycle factory located in Bila Tserkva.
A Sales Director of MAG Audio will:
✔️ Drive comprehensive communication to develop the sales through application support, engineering, operations, and salesforce
✔️ Manage executive relationships with major customers and business partners to ensure strategic alignment
✔️ Lead and stand accountable for the regular sales operations, including revenue generation, revenue monitoring, and forecasting, new business development and design wins, and customer relationship management
✔️ Pipeline development and conversion to design wins and sales revenue
✔️ YoY revenue growth
✔️ This role requires active engagement with customers, including activities such as commercial negotiation, project identification and support, contract development, and issue resolution
✔️ Stay updated on relevant in the AV Installation and the Event Industry markets trends, and technology trends
What your background should look like:
✔️ High level of English is necessary to communicate with clients from all over the world
✔️ Sales experience in the Event Industry and AV installation industry is an advantage
✔️ Excellent communication skills and experience in a business correspondence.
✔️ Clear, strategic thinker with the ability to execute on priorities
✔️ Innovative problem solver
✔️ Experience working with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and 1S (Salesforce is a plus)

This is position is for Kyiv and Bila Tserkva (Kyiv oblast).
