MAG Audio AIR-C – when sound helps the blind to experience the world
MAG Audio acoustic systems, renowned for its high reputation in the entertainment and leisure field, offers products of such impeccable high quality that they transcend traditional uses and can be used even in medical facilities, where sound has a very important and special meaning.
Lviv Special Boarding School No. 100 for the Blind, the oldest institution of its kind in Ukraine established in 1845, required top-tier acoustic equipment for medical and adaptation purposes. The MAG Audio AIR-C series, known for its natural Hi-Fi sound, was a perfect fit for the school's educational and rehabilitation needs. These systems were installed in the school's sensory room – a specialized area designed to stimulate various senses for the visually impaired. High-quality acoustics in these rooms enable children to develop auditory skills, teaching them to recognize and interpret sounds, navigate space better, and understand their surrounding world.
The installed MAG Audio equipment includes:
✔️ 6 x MAG Audio AIR-C6 – installation acoustic systems
✔️ 1 x MAG AUDIO AIR-S26 – installation subwoofer
✔️ 1 x Powersoft Mezzo 604A – installation power amplifier
We are grateful to our partners at ARTMAX and experienced sound engineer Sergey Dotcenko for their assistance with the installation and setup. Together, we share the same mission and have made a professional contribution to creating a quality, accessible, and comfortable learning environment for visually impaired children.
