Giving Tuesday — the Charity Dinner of Tabletochki Foundation // MAG WASP
On November 30, Kyiv hosted the Tabletochki Giving Tuesday Dinner (Ukraine). Giving Tuesday is a global international movement, for which millions of people around the world make events to support charities. Tabletochki Сharity Foundation has been holding this event for the fourth time now. This year's evening took place at the Fairmont Grand Hotel, where MAG Audio loudspeakers were used to provide sound.
The evening brought together many caring people who united for a common goal — to help children with cancer. Some of the celebrities have provided unique lots for the charity auction. The goal of the evening was to raise 9 million hryvnia for equipment for the children's hospital. And thanks to the generosity and concern of the guests, this amount was significantly exceeded — as a result, they raised 23 million hryvnia.
A beautiful stage was installed in the luxurious banquet hall of the hotel, equipped with MAG WASP line array speakers.
Due to its scalability, the MAG WASP line array can be used both for small venues and for large concerts and festivals with equal success. The secret lies in the absolutely convenient and quick assembly, as well as the ability to easily change the horizontal direction between 110° and 70° for use in the near or far field.
A great supplement for the setup were MAG Focus 5 monitors, that gave the vocalists and musicians maximum comfort onstage. MAG Focus 5 provides an option to adjust the vertical tilt, thanks to which one can direct the sound regardless of the distance from the performer.
The evening was graced by the performances of Wellboy, Olya Polyakova, Monatik, TAYANNA and an unexpected duet of the singer Dorofeeva and businessman Andrii Zdesenko. The host of the evening was Potap (Oleksii Potapenko), who set an inspiring tone and uplifting mood for the entire evening.
The technical support at the evening was provided by the Profi company.
